- Caroline Moreton Review added: 2018.09.12★ ★ ★ ★ ★Endoscopy dept staff were truly lovely, from the reception staff, nurses and Dr's, they were friendly and welcoming. Very professional and reassuring, and took the time to explain everything. Our NHS is lucky having such fantastic caring staff and we as patients are lucky to have them, they're a credit to the medical profession.
Same can be also said of the staff at the CT unit where I also recently attended. - Michele Rees Review added: 2018.02.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After my sons dislocated shoulder we were told appointment would be arranged in Physio Therapy dept in Port Talbot in about 4 weeks. Rang after two to see if he had a date only to be told hes on the " emergency" list which can be up to 8 weeks ! So after 7 i rang again, it would be another 4. Had to take time off work to ring, tried for days, 45 mins one time on hold to the worlds most annoying voice message. Why would you let someone who cant pronounce their "th" record a message for the " fizzio ferapy" dept. Shambles top to bottom. I am going to keep on and he will be seen and I will get him all the attention the child deserves, even though I feel like telling them to shove it. No confidence.
